Van Buren Afterschool Program

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Van Buren offers an After School Program for ages 6-18 between the hours of 2:30pm-6:30pm when school is in session, and 7:45am-5:45pm, Mon.-Fri. for summer or school holidays (please review calendar for closings).

There is a $25 per semester registration fee and a $25 per month fee for the afterschool program. All day program fees during school holidays are $5 per day. Grants are available for youth that qualify for TANF and those guardians who serve in the military.

Transportation to the Club is provided from all schools in the Van Buren School District on a first come/first serve basis. We will announce when transportation spaces are full.

Registration for the after-school program begins on July 1st for the fall session and December 1st for the spring session.

*As of 7/25/2024 the van that transports from Tate Elementary School currently has 12 members. We can only transport 13 members from Tate, so if your child goes to Tate and you would like them to attend the Afterschool Program, please register them ASAP.

k-5th Program Areas

Members K-5th grade rotate between 5 program areas

Teens (6th-12th) program areas

Teens have the option to go to the following rooms
