Registration & Cost
💲 Program Fee: $50 per player
📝 Registration: Closed
⚠️ Late Fee: After the deadline, a $15 late fee will be applied to all registrations.
Unpaid Registrations: Unpaid registrations will not be drafted.
Refunds: There will be no refunds after March 2nd.
TANF: TANF does not cover sports fee.
🎟 Gate Fee: $5 for 18 years old and up, 17 and under FREE
🏟 Season Passes Season passes will not be available this season

Evaluations
Player Evaluations (Subject to Change)
📍 Location: Field of Dreams in Van Buren, Arkansas
McDonald’s Field, Riggs Field, & Swain Field
🌧️ Rain Plan: If raining, evaluations will be held a different day
Evaluation Schedule:
- Monday, March 9, 2026
- 7/8-year-olds @6:00pm McDonald's Field
- 9/10-year-olds @6:00pm Riggs Field
- 11/12-year-olds @7:15 Swain Field
Divisions
Ages 4-15 must be 4 before May 1, 2026, and can't be 16 before May 1, 2026.
There will be 5 divisions
- 4, 5, & 6 years old T-Ball
- 7 & 8 years old coach pitch
- 9 & 10 years old kid pitch
- 11 & 12 years old kid pitch
- 13-15 years old kid pitch
