Members ages 13-15 can participate in our Workforce Ready Program by helping out around the club and collecting volunteer service hours.

Youth of the year is a national competition that Van Buren has participated in for many years. The local winner receives a scholarship and a chance to compete for Arkansas' Youth of the Year.
