Our History and Mission
Our organization the Boys and Girls Club of Van Buren has been proudly serving youth for more than six decades. In May of 1958, a group of community leaders met to establish a club for boys in Van Buren, Arkansas. In 1989, the club expanded its services to include girls, officially becoming the Boys and Girls Club of Van Buren. Since our establishment as a Boys and Girls Club, our mission has been and will continue to be "to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens".
