Great Futures Gala 2023

Our 10th annual "Great Futures Gala" will be held on Saturday September 30, 2023 with festivities beginning at 6:00 p.m. Since its inception, this national award-winning event has become one of the area’s premier fundraisers, raising tens of thousands of dollars for the Club, and bringing together hundreds from the community. 

The event will be held at Hidden Meadow Events located at 4833 N Rudy Road in Van Buren, AR.

To make this event a success, we need generous businesses, organizations and individuals to serve as sponsors. Our membership base continues to grow each year, making fundraisers such as this one even more critical to our overall operations.

  Six levels of support are available, ranging in price and benefits. Each sponsorship tier includes a minimum of eight gala tickets, or the equivalent of one reserved table.

Individual gala tickets are $100. 

We anticipate another sold-out crowd in 2023, giving your business/corporation a prime opportunity to show your support for the Club and put your name on event materials for all to see.

A dress and dance in your favorite decade event "Dancing through the Decades" 

Title Sponsor ($7,500)
The Title Sponsor level serves as the feature sponsor of the gala and will receive the following benefits:

· Two reserved tables for eight with centerpiece signage

· Recognition in pre and post-event publicity, listing company as title sponsor

· Title Sponsorship recognition awarded to representative during gala

· Corporate recognition at gala

· Insulated Stainless Steel Can Coolers (300) with corporate logo

SWAG Bag Sponsor ($5,000)

 300-Stadium Bags with Corporate and BGCVB logo filled with Swag

· One reserved table for eight with centerpiece signage

· Listing in event program

Gold Sponsor ($1,750)
The Gold Sponsor will receive the following benefits:

Silver Sponsor ($1,000)
The Silver Sponsor will receive the following benefits:

· Eight tickets with signage at event
