Please note that we CAN determine eligibility now via:

• Parent      providing proof of program qualification on the eligibility form (SNAP,      ARKids, etc.)
  • Parents should have access to a       portal they can print proof from or obtain it from their local DHS       office. 
  • Please DO NOT use “Notice of       Actions” as proof of program qualification. A “Notice of Action” is a       call to action for the family to be able to continue to utilize DHS       programming.
• 2024      Tax Returns + December 2024 Payroll Stubs:
  • You DO NOT HAVE to re-qualify       the students after the 2025 tax year lapses. 
• Non      – DHS programs listed such as SSI/WIOA may be utilized as well.
